SUCCESS STORY:
READINESS TESTING IN CONSTRUCTION
IF YOU CAN RETAIN TOP TALENT YOU’VE ALREADY WON
Working with a large, national construction company we worked to help deliver on their commitment to increase the female workforce though connecting, supporting and developing emerging female leaders with an Emerging Leaders Program.
Initially launched with a cohort of women in one state, this initiative has been expanded nationwide.
CLIENT FEEDBACK
“In an industry like ours, we often lose women in their early career phase. This program is designed to help support and link these talented women, and better support them with their peers.”
“One of the biggest surprises in the program, is woman realising that being a leader is not about being the CEO. In fact, there are leaders required at all levels of the business.”
