Emerging leaders at Brisbane Airport Corporation were seeking more opportunities to develop, grow and lead so the Altitude Emerging Leader Program was established. 

The Altitude Program provided readiness testing and challenged their skills in a complex and dynamic infrastructure environment.

Participants were able to see beyond traditional leadership opportunities in a flat organisational structure and create their own.

Developing individual plans for each member of BAC central to our approach.

The Altitude program generated baseline data for these Plans, and external perspectives on our high performance talent. Using this data, we have been able to tailoring our ongoing training and development efforts to meet specific leadership skills and behaviors.
