Emerging leaders at Brisbane Airport Corporation were seeking more opportunities to develop, grow and lead so the Altitude Emerging Leader Program was established.
The Altitude Program provided readiness testing and challenged their skills in a complex and dynamic infrastructure environment.
Participants were able to see beyond traditional leadership opportunities in a flat organisational structure and create their own.

Created baseline data to inform Individual Development Plans on specific leadership skills and behaviours .

Engaged and motivated the team with leadership potential in an organisation with a flat structure with two participants being promoted within 3 months of program end
